You can place orders in a variety of ways

By Phone

It can be difficult at times getting through. Those of you who have tried may have found this out already. The phone starts ringing at 9am and if we answered it every time (including the dozen or so cold callers) we wouldn't get any work done. Evenings are a good time to try as we often work late into the night. Please leave a name and number if you leave a message and we will ring you back as soon as possible.

By E-mail

You can e-mail a list of the things you require with your name, address and phone number. Although we can e-mail you back to confirm receiving your order it is much easier for us to phone you. We will be able to tell you if any items are out of stock and how long you will have to wait for us to make them. A two minute conversation on the phone may take all week by e-mail so please remember to leave your phone number.

By post

The most convenient way for us is if you print the order form from the website and fill it in adding up the total and sending a cheque with your order. This saves us from having to print you an invoice and keep track of whether or not you have paid. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than the order. Customers who pay in advance will receive their order faster and we will include a free sample of one of our new products.

Delivery

Most products are in stock and will be sent out within a week of being ordered. The current wait on mail order is 2 weeks for prepaid orders and 3 weeks for unpaid orders. Bespoke items will take longer depending on our workload at that time. We can discuss how long things will take by phone when you order.

Payment

We normally post orders out with an invoice for you to pay by cheque when you receive the order. Please pay by return of post. We do not do credit invoices. Customers who pay quickly will also probably receive their next order much faster than customers who we have to chase for payment.
